November 10, 2012 - Lincoln, NE. The Huskers entered the game tied with Michigan for the lead in the Legends Division and looking to take a step closer to the Big Ten championship game. As they did often in 2012, the Huskers stumbled early trailing 20-6 at halftime. NU comes storming back in the second half taking their first lead of the game with 10:57 left in the game on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Taylor Martinez to Jamal Turner. The Huskers outscore Penn State 26-3 in the second half and pull off another come from behind win after being down by double digits after halftime. Ameer Abdullah and Martinez both finish with over 100 yards rushing and freshman Imani Cross punches in two critical short-yardage touchdowns. After giving up some big plays in the first half, the Blackshirts turn in a gritty second half performance and force 4 PSU turnovers on the day. The Huskers get their 8th win of the season with a final score of 32-23 and stay atop the Legends Division with two games left in the regular season. Includes video footage of entire game as filmed by Husker Vision. Husker radio play-by-play for audio. DVD video, 110 minutes.
